Pregnancy tips How Much Weight Gain In Pregnancy


Even though there are recommendations on how much weight to gain in pregnancy, many women find it difficult to stay within these numbers. When I was pregnant, I was soooo hungry all the time and the only thing that seemed to help my nausea was high fat creamy foods like ice cream, egg nog, etc. These are all very high calorie foods, but contrary to my previous healthy diet, I ate them freely because they gave me some relief from the never ending nausea.
