Your habits affect your success or failure of breastfeeding, even at risk of causing health problems. Do yousmoke, drink little medication, diet like crazy, and likes to stay up solely of alcoholic beverages? If "yes",change that habit for your current milk production.
1. Smoking. Nicotine in cigarettes can enter the body of the baby through breast milk or infant inhaled the air which can harm health.
2. Bit by bit taking medication. Active compounds in drugs can get into breast milk and affect the baby's health.
4. Like staying up late. Fatigue will make health and milk production impaired.
5. Drinking alcoholic beverages. Alcohol makes the baby's growth stunted.
